"Horrible. Took my money and refused to let me renew my account. Didn't tell me it was expired until it took my money. Spent 2 hours trying to renew and unlock bike. App refused to open to page to check out bike. Still kept my money. It sucks. Last time I checked one out it told me network was down. I rode it home.In morning I tried to start it back up. It didn't work. I was stranded, 62 years old and had to walk back to town. Then it stole a extra $20.00 off my card. Your system is a scam."

"They do an "authorization check" every time you get a bike pass which temporarily puts $51 of your money on hold. I literally was charged $102 from my bank account which will be on hold for about 3 days, because I bought 2 single-use passes ($3.50 in bike passes total). It doesn't take a genius to think about what dire consequences that could have on someone who needed that money available for rent or to eat. Why do they need to check $51? That's absolutely insane."

"For some reason since the last update it's not downloading station data. Can't see if bikes available at my station. Already deleted and reinstalled. Nope. Even turned off my antiviral and VPN. Nope. I can still rent out the bikes on the terminal but still preferred the app."
